This is a 20 minute video conference with our sleep medicine provider. This can help with initial diagnosis, a second opinion, or ongoing care. After checking out, you will receive a link to questionnaires that will gather relevant symptoms and medical history. These will be reviewed by a Board Certified Sleep Medicine Specialist and you will be contacted to schedule the video conference. You must have a high speed internet connection and an
internet browser that supports doxy.me. You will also be allowed to message the sleep specialist for up to 30 days after this visit.
